i found the staff very attentive and helpful. they were always willing to help, that was awesome. food was served on time and a good variety was provided. breakfast was perfect with various choices every morning.

the electrical panel was too noisy, i could barely sleep in peace.

loud noise poor soundproofing

the noise situation was pretty dire. my room faced a public beach area and there were parties with drums and loud music every day. plus my so-called soundproofed room had a huge gap under the door, so i heard everything happening in the hallway and lobby.

friendly staff clean towels cuisine variety

The staff members were friendly and helpful . The cleaning lady changed towels daily and kept the room tidy. I enjoyed the variety of international cuisine offered, including Indian, Chinese, and Italian nights. Two bottles of water were provided in the room each day (nice touch!).

The pool bar lacked a cute atmosphere. I felt it needed a better selection of drinks.
